An Invention of necessity

my story behind

the Lash Bath

In the early summer of 2015, The day before my daughter's 4th birthday, I took the plunge and got my first set of classic eyelash extensions.  I loved how they looked and the time it saved me with my daily makeup routine. Also, I did not miss the mascara smudges that always seemed to be under my eyes.
As a licensed and practicing Cosmetologist since 1996, I recommend quality products to my clients to increase the length of their color services.  I knew I wanted to protect my own lash investment and wanted to follow my lash artist's instructions.

I was told not to touch, pick at, play with, or rub my lashes.  But to wash them and keep them clean.  How was I supposed to do that without touching them?!?  I tried to be careful while I washed my face but always seemed to go back to my old habits of rubbing my eyes while trying to get my extensions clean.  I thought, there must be an easier way! Necessity really was the mother of (this) invention.
So, I set out to make something that would help keep my lashes clean and keep the integrity of the glue intact.  I made a prototype, talked to engineers, worked with mold makers and hired a patent attorney.

And finally...after a few years, a few failed prototypes and set-backs...we have a product and a patent pending idea!!
The Lash Bath was born.
I hope you find The Lash Bath helpful in keeping your lashes happy!  It will make your lash artist happy too!
Clean lashes are Happy Lashes!!
